- act solely on behalf of you, the seller,
- owe the seller fiduciary duties of reasonable care, undivided loyalty, confidentially, full disclosure, accounting and obedience,
- disclose to the buyer all material latent &/or any physical defects actually known to him,
- treat all buyers honestly,
- negotiate for you with the buyer,
- place your property on the Watertown Multiple Listing Service so that all Realtors know it's for sale,
- help you to understand the listing and purchase contracts,
- assist in accomplishing the tasks that are required by the contract to complete the final closing.
